What is T$ and how do I get it?
T$, or Tournament Dollars, are a currency on PokerStars that can only be used to buy into tournaments. T$ cannot be used to play cash games and cannot be cashed out.
You get T$ one of two ways: If you win a satellite to a tournament and already have a seat in that tournament, your win will be credited to your account in T$. If you win a satellite and chose not to play in the tournament, you can unregister from the tournament and your account will be credited with T$.
How do I know if I have T$ in my account?
Log in to PokerStars. Click on the Cashier. In the bottom right, underneath your mailing address, you’ll see your T$ balance if you have one. If you don’t, nothing will appear.
How much will we pay for your T$?
We will buy your T$ at 97%. For example, if you would like to sell your $650 entry to the Sunday WSOP satellite we will pay $617 CASH for it.
How do I sell my T$ to PSMONEY.com?
It’s simple. First, you provide us with your information and the amount you want to sell. Then you log in to PokerStars and confirm that you wish to make the sale. PokerStars then handles the transfer of T$ for cash and automatically transfers the money into your account. There’s no risk – PokerStars will not remove the T$ from your account until you are paid the agreed-upon amount.

Why do people sell T$?
Because you can’t cash them out. Some people like playing satellites but don’t want to play the tournament. Other people may just win multiple seats to the same event. Whatever the reason, since T$ can’t be used to play cash games or be cashed out, many people prefer to sell them for cash rather than be forced to play tournaments with them.
Do you sell T$?
We are currently rebuilding inventory and therefore not selling T$ for the time being
