What are T$ (Tournament Dollars)?

When you win a satellite on PokerStars, you have the option to unregister from that event and receive Tournament Dollars. If you win multiple seats to the same target event, you'll automatically get T$. T$ can be used to register in any Stars tournaments. T$ differ from real money, because they cannot be used in real money games or be cashed out - only for buying into tournaments.

Is This Secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are handled from within the PokerStars client. Both the buyer and seller must submit a matching request to PokerStars for a transaction to complete. Bottom line: there's no way for anyone to default on a T$ purchase. If something goes wrong, the transaction is simply cancelled and you retain your T$.

We’re really only a few days away from the start of the PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP), and that means satellites for the tournaments of the PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker series are already well underway.

There’s a wide variety of satellite options available in the PokerStars lobby. You can qualify for various PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker events in turbos, shootouts, double shootouts, rebuys, hyper-turbos or just regular old standard satellites.
